Terms of Service

The terms for using Show Me the Codes.

Last updated: 2026-06-12

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Show Me the Codes ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Show Me the Codes is a link-in-bio platform: you claim a username and publish a single public page showcasing your products, links, and journey. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Your Account

You can sign up with your email, or with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@showmethe.codes.

Usernames

Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We may reclaim or reassign usernames that are long inactive, impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or are registered in bad faith (e.g. squatting).

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to your page. By publishing it, you grant us the permission needed to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others, or impersonate anyone.
  • Publish malware, phishing, spam, or harmful or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt, the service.

Payment

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. The Pro plan is a one-time purchase, billed through a third-party payment processor. Refunds are handled case by case — reach out at support@showmethe.codes.

Intellectual Property

The service itself — its design, features, and code — belongs to us and is protected by applicable laws. Your content remains yours.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the service.
